Pros

Only complaint is that the only way to stand it vertically is to rest it on the lid. Bluetooth signal is exceptional. Sennheiser hd650, beyerdynamics, and akg 550, for example.

These sony's do not disappoint. They live up to the really good reviews that they have received from various audiophiles. An immediate remedy us to pause the music and press play, this usually remedies the disconnection.

Sony app allows for nice customization. The battery life is close to as advertised.

Ecstatic with these refurbs. Would buy from this seller again.

Arrived in original box with all accessories, including all the extra ear pieces, foam and silicone. The case has qi technology so i can charge the case with my note 20 if i need to. Case is large but not bulky.

Cons

Right ear bud randomly disconnects from bluetooth. Expensive refurbished product with poor sound quality. Noise cancelation is non existent. With anc off, ambient sound off, and aac selected, i'm barely able to get about 2 straight hours.

It's not quite comparable to the wh-1000xm3, which i also own, but that can be attributed to over-ear headphones vs in-ear earbuds.
