It's not the case or charger that is the issue. The earphones constantly feel like they are trying to fall out. This is because they are weighted higher than the earbud area.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality sound and features to change sound settings.
Great sound quality, makes for good sound on spotify and audiobooks.
Bought a premium pair which did nothing but fall out.
It took half an hour to connect them for the first time to my phone and it can only be done through the sony app for the first time.
Price
For the price i think these are great value.
I would highly recommend these for the price.
:) i'm just a student so trust me, these are pricey for me!
Not as good with bass tones as i hoped, but - for the price - plenty good enough.

But i think it’s abit overpriced as i own a sony headphone that’s cheaper by £2530 and the battery lasts up to 3 days without me continuously charging it but for these earbuds i have to charge it abit more frequently

One issue im finding is the battery life is quite low at least with the charging casepod they are stored in

I find it can only charge the headphones once at most sometimes not too full charge either
