Pros

Perfect for gym, outdoors, shopping, etc. One & only complaint i can think of with this device is the support.

These things sound awesome. With the downloadable app everything is customizable. I have long hair, and sometimes if a bunch of my hair (like in a ponytail) will trigger the touch button, and the music will pause.

The wf-1000xm3 are super clear and crisp with great bass. The charging station is simple, you place the buds in and magnetically they lock to the charging connections. The buds are comfortable and stay in your ear- even if your ear canals are deformed... Read More

Sony has decent sound quality for calls, although the bluetooth sometimes drops, then reconnects. Battery life is amazing, so is the sound quality and overall volume.

Cons

Not only the earbuds are used, the quality also seems subpar. The bass on these aren't any good either. My husbands $40 earbud from walmart are better than these headphones.

The right ear constantly disconnects. Made weird popping sounds and then would fall out. My ears start hurting after only 10 minutes.

Left side keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting making them useless. I also now have to disconnect them from my phone's bluetooth app. Sometimes the bluetooth is not easy to connect.

Again, these are yard work and easy workout caliber buds, so nothing too fancy, but very nice for the price.

I not very fond of airpods anymore.

I wanted something less expensive to airpods.

I had tried countless wireless iems before this.
