Pros
The sound quality is flat (in a good way) and has decent bass. Best of all it has a custom sound profile so you can tweak it.
Battery life is amazing but at a cost of large size. Love the base and the 9 hr battery life. The battery life is good quality as well lasting for over 8 hours between charges.
It does best in terms of reducing midrange noise, especially voices. On rare occasions there's a glitch that requires use of the phone app to correct. The app is great for balancing the treble, bass, etc!
Easy to connect via bluetooth. Never drops out, easy to pair, just not an issue at all. I currently on a samsung phone and had no problem immediately connecting these via bluetooth, they pair easily and have a great sound. Very easy to connect and the... Read More
Great battery life and adjustable sound settings. All my wired and wireless headphones are from sony.
Cons
Noise cancelling is almost non existent. Pairing is a pain, takes 7 seconds of holding and inconsistently registers that you’re trying to pair vs change audio mode.
It’s so frustrating.

Worth the price especially at the $100 they are going for now.
Got these on prime day for a really good price.
You’re getting a $200 quality ear pods, for $80.
Even at regular price, they are a good value for what you get.

Competitiveness
Sony is the leader in nc headphones, so they passed on that tech to the lower models.
Way better than apple and beats (in my opinion).
I have tried at least 3 other ear buds with my galaxy.
The noise cancellation is not great compared to other noise cancellation headphones i have.

These arent as feature packed as the wh1000xm4 but good enough for active users that dont want to wear bulky over the ear headphones
