Earphones are lightweight and comfortable, even on long calls. The controls are intuitive and wonderful, using your finger to swipe on the right piece of the headphone will create a perfect customizable approach.
Much better noise cancelling than my old bose headphones. Highest endorsement is a repeat purchase. As a half-deaf person, i’m still satisfied with the volume!
Bass is smooth and full without muddying the waters. Ambient sound is crisp and clear and also deep. Good quality audio and microphone functionality during video calls.

Sony xm4 headphone has been out of warranty for a year. Now the earpiece is wobbly and the noise cancelation won’t work properly. Never was able to properly synchronize bluetooth with my new samsung 55 tv.
The noise is so loud that my kids asked who was screaming in my office. There is a setting to disable notifications but sony in their infinite wisdom prevents the user from disabling important notifications. Windows confuses the input/output for the h... Read More

I have had these headphones for 3 years now and they have worked amazing!
After less than a month of use (only 2–3 times a week), the cushions are already squished.
The set up was super easy and the sound quality is nothing like i’ve ever heard before.

Might as well save 100 bucks and buy these instead of the new ones.

Theres an easy fix for it though turn your bluetooth off on your phone and the headset wont autoconnect to it
