Hateful product. The headband is as narrow as a knives edge, causing unbearable discomfort as it rests on my head. The mic stops working mid way through the call, although i can still here people on the call.

Loved sound quality and product, software for mobile devices seems a bit ott but otherwise ok
Sound quality and noise cancellation are excellent.
Dislikes - really not comfortable for long journeys - caused significant ear pain on (admittedly too long!
These don't fold into a ball like the wh-1000xm4, instead they fold flat which encourages one to use the included case for protection.
Price
Good value and can’t say more than that.
Not worth, expensive but short life span
Just hope they last, for the price.
Competitiveness
I also have xm4s and these are just another step up, nothing else really compares to the quality and battery life these have.
The only criticism is they don't fold down like their predecessors and some of their competitors do.
I also have the bose nc700 and these are better.

But the issue was that when you start speaking noise cancelling turns off and if you are in a call when you speak you cant hear anything anybody else is speaking due to the automatic switch i believe it switches to some speakers in the outside so you can hear what you are saying but if you are in a call big time it prevents you from hearing others

But even if you’re on a lowly standardresolution streaming service over bluetooth dsee extreme ekes out a little more detail by using ai upscaling techniques to restore some of the audio data which would otherwise be lost
