Pros
These are epic cans! Definitely worth every penny. My only major complaint is the matte finish gets oily marks on it so easy.
Smartphone connects to tv flawlessly. No longer relying on the laptop or an external one to sound great. The app is good for tuning your sound profile to your preferences. Connecting and use with multiple devices is smooth and fast.
Hand over ear feature is great. If someone starts a conversation with you, they switch to your phone with a tap.
Great sound quality, battery life, and overall design. Sound is very good as well plus you can tune it up to your liking. Unbeatable sound quality.
Cons
I find this exclusion perplexing and wholly unacceptable. Would not recommend. An embarrassment for sony.
The hinge has an obvious design flaw. It's beyond comprehension that a critical component like the hinge would fail so prematurely, especially considering the premium price tag and reputed brand like sony.
The noise canceling on the xm5 is terrible. Background noise seeps in, making it far less effective in noisy environments. No reason to buy this over wh-1000xm4.

I got them for $100 off (which they go on sale frequently).
I think $350 would've been an acceptable price, but that's just me.
