While i was still on the ground in the airport lot of the time i had both anc and transparency mode turned off because i was concerned about battery life scarred from past bluetooth headphones

Once i got on the airplane itself i was astonished by the anc it was like i was turning the airplane engines off

The one caveat is i dont recommend the adaptive noise cancelling feature where it tracks whether youre walking stationary or in a vehicle and adjusts the noise cancelling settings accordingly

Its a really cool gimmick but it was a huge drain on my phone battery a newer samsung galaxy and its easy enough to change the noise cancelling settings manually with the physical button on the headphones that the feature is not super necessary anyways
