Pros
The black level is among the best i've seen with very little light bloom on dark scenes. The picture color reproduction is stunning considering the edge lit display. Much more detail, crispness, sharpness of picture.
Thanks to the google tv os, it's also extremely extensible via the gigantic play store library. Sony has excellent hardware and the sony interface is excellent.

Cons
The built-in interface on this tv is atrocious. Rinse and repeat, over and over andover and over. Used product only has a 30day warranty and you dont qualify for manufacturers warranty.
Apps like youtube * often and require the restart of the tv. The tv also randomly loses wi-fi connectivity for no apparent reason. Though it's not as aggravating as the crashing apps, i hate that the home screen is mostly just ads for shows i couldn't... Read More
All pictures are blurry now. There are also splotches, smudges, distortions within the screen. Sony opted to use an imaging processor that is the key limiting factor.

Even though something happened during shipping they handled it well - the tv is amazing and i'm very pleased we waited.
Now the shipping, if you see it’s being delivered via “ceva”, prepare for a hassle.

It was packaged so well that it took me awhile to even get it out of the box.

Have used other less expensive brands but spent a little extra this time.
Returning this and getting a different brand.
I suggest getting a firetv 4k max, that's what i'm using.

I do not like that when streaming through the built in apps you cannot see picture or audio information by hitting display on the remote yet when streaming with firetv it shows both ex dolby vision and dolby atmos
