Pros

Sony x85j and dh790 work well together. Built in os (guess it is google tv os) is fine and easy to use. I have netflix, prime video & disney+ installed and they show up in a popup menu when you click the input button on the remote.

Halo 1, borderlands 3, borderlands tiny tina's wonderland, dead space 3 all looked great on this tv. Great for 60hz gaming. Looks good in hd uhd and incredible at 4k.

Sound quality is better than most and somewhat loud. Yet by itself thew sound from the tv alone is not bad at all. The sound is pretty good, but the bass could be better. In my opinion it sounds better than the old onkyo receiver.

Cons

Used product only has a 30day warranty and you dont qualify for manufacturers warranty. Rinse and repeat, over and over andover and over.

Only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Wired network port is only 10/100. Be prepared to constantly restart the tv just to get your apps to work. Shuts off/resets constantly within an hour. Not connected to wifi right now.

The sound is almost never properly synched with the picture.

The first tv was delivered with the screen broken.

Sound is awesome compared to other flat screen tvs and picture quality for the price is amazing.

For the price you can't go wrong.

Shipping

Now the shipping, if you see it’s being delivered via “ceva”, prepare for a hassle.

Buying a television online - especially last year's model - is worrisome, and the comments about probable damage in shipping doesn't help.

It was packaged so well that it took me awhile to even get it out of the box.

Have used other less expensive brands but spent a little extra this time.

Returning this and getting a different brand.

It's great for 60hz gaming, but if you're looking for a 120hz tv for a gaming monitor, this one is not it.
