My hands are partially paralyzed but i find the remote comfortable, well spaced and easy to navigate one-handed. Has a lot of features and app options, plus it runs really smooth.

It is a pain but not a frustrating as having the sound cutting in and out ramdomly. Definitely worth paying amazon or a mover to help you out. Typically all that helps is to physically pull the plug.

Earc hdmi output to an a/v receiver with multiple hdmi is the way to go. Power them back down and reconnect all hdmi cables then power it all back up. Have it hooked up to a 10 speaker bose surround sound system and movie night is incredible.

Not a dealbreaker. There are zero service centers in my state and this thing is polished * now. Fantastic tv for a budget price.
