The product is strong so i diluted it 50/50 with a carrier oil. Best to dilute by putting a lotion or veggie oil on skin first then add the drops and blend.
Cons
To add insult to injury, this stuff smells bad. It's a heavy, cloying, medicinal odor that permeates my clothing and everything i come in contact with. They are incredibly itchy and uncomfortable.
Product looks like it's bottled in a garage. Ingredients and all that it has are the same thing found in products like stopain, salonpas. Would not order from this seller again.

Product for me works great, gets warm & helps my back stay loose.
It stopped the pain within less than one minute.
If over-applied it can create burning sensation for 15-30 minutes.

Well worth the price & lasts months.
Go to ebay and get it for $45.
That said, despite the $$$ it is still worth it.
My only negative comment would be is that the price has gone up significantly over the years.

Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands immediately after applying the active ingredient is the exact thing capsaicin in hot peppers and it will be extremely uncomfortablepainful if it gets in the eye

Even 1218 hrs later its still heatproducing hot shower water will feel uncomfortable but as soon as the water stops itll feel better

If you are on narcotic pain meds you can get rid of them forever

He got sick of all the pain meds that after awhile had to be constantly upped in dosage because his body would become used to the dosage and not handle the pain anymore
