Pros

These patio chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. Perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. My husband has mobility problems and these chairs make it much easier to sit at the table.

This patio dining chair has good durability. The frame metal and fabric are so sturdy and comfortable that i don’t need a cushion. I love that it can swivel 360 degrees.

Once assembled they are so comfy and great looking. Secondly, they look great. They are beautiful in color, easy to install and very strong.

There was an extra off every item in the hardware assembly packet. One tip for assembly is don’t tighten all screws at once. Just put it together and tighten at the end.

Cons

The seller offers the most ridiculous customer service i’ve ever experienced anywhere, not just amazon. The company refuses to pay return shipping (but you will notice that their return policy is very vague in their listing so their listing).

Top back and bottom seat are not the same width, so almost impossible to assemble. The rocker is a laugh and even with cushions, very uncomfortable.

The chairs are packed in very tight without much packing material.
