The first box i received had the two non-rocking chairs with the cushions already having the upholstery covers on them in the wrong color.

The items came in 6 to 8 different packages at different times.

First, i didn't know how many boxes to expect (there were ultimately six) so it would have been nice if that was communicated.

After comparing various furniture sets, i was drawn to the style and design of this particular brand.
