The product arrived in a box that looked like it had been kicked down the road…holes on three corners a portion of one side looked like someone had taken a razor to it and pulled off a label

The protective knobs on the top of the unit were broken off on opposite corners

Someone did not take a good look at the soldering on the back of the unit one is in front of the arm and the other one is midway on the arm which makes the top drawer stick out at an angle
