They arrived fast fairly easy to put together only a problem with one screw where the hole was stripped and wouldn’t grab so we had to glue it in place but it worked

They did give me a partial refund and it is still sturdy without the missing piece

The assembly was pretty straightforward but it’s not clear that the holes for the x brace need to be aligned

Love this shelf totally looks like real wood and is super sturdy and quite heavy which made me happy the poles on the back were a tad difficult to get in and didn’t quite match up to holes even with flipping the bars back and forth so we had to really pull and screw that one in

Also there is a random small hole in the metal frame from the factory
