Pros
This drying rack is sturdy and holds lots of clothes. The rods are large enough that the clothing doesn't fall off. The rack easily holds 1+ loads of delicates.
Easy to install and has a high end look both expanded and contracted. It is so sturdy and i love the width.
The are a real good space saver also! It takes up little space when not in use, and doesn't need to be stored. Saves space. It helps to avoid the need to drap damp things over furniture to finish drying.
Would recommend it. This fits the bill. Absolutely love this.

Cons
This is one of the most expensive drying rack in existence. The butterfly that come with the rack make huge holes in the walls. It feels cheap right as a nut and screw hit the ground from where the rack connects to the wall mount.

Overall, we are happy with the product.
We did not yet install this but i am impressed with the quality and the space that you have when this rack is extended.
But the holes in the cardboard did not match up with the holes in the product.
I just marked the walls with the holes in the product instead.

Pretty flush to wall when not in use approx 5 when not extended and lots of hanging linear feet when extended

I have added a little oil to the slide mechanism plastic bushing sliding across the stainless was a little rough sounding although pulled open and pushed close relatively easily

The problem is that it absolutely must be installed into studs

If you use mollys or the mollys it comes with it will just pull out of the wallboard if loaded with wet clothes

Because the holes for the screws to install it are blocked by the bars no matter what position they are in making it difficult to get a direct line with a drill or screwdriver
