Pros

The material is sturdy and well constructed not flimsy at all. Rubberized inserts keep the silverware from noisily sliding around in their compartments. Well made and sturdy.

This is the perfect solution, and i give it my highest recommendation! Love it. Terrific drawer organizer. Definitely recommend it.

Cons

Expands the wrong way for my drawer. Also, since it is not reacting on the bottom of the drawer, the slide out sections do not hold. The extra portion isn't really stable so once you lift it both sides come out.
