My screw brackets were installed correctly and i have no intention of filling this thing up with all the mugs i own because i think it looks messy and cluttered so its not an issue for me that it doesnt hold 34 of my oversized mugs

My only issue is that this comes in 2 pieces and the top piece has little pegs that come out of the bottom left and right sides that just sit inside the bottom piece there is no way to secure the two together without screwing both pieces of the rack to the wall

Im not sure if all mug racks are like that or if its just this one but its the one thing i didnt really like

Didnt like hearing the glasses rattling on the hooks so i bought thread protectors to slip over the ball end

The 38 protectors are too loose and come off sometimes

The screw holders seem to be welded on upside down but doesnt affect the functionality
