Smoking eight racks is quite an endeavor, especially making enough pickle juice to soak them in--memphis style--overnight. Smoked ribs in ninja woodfire outdoor grill. Allows me to get 4 large slabs of ribs on my *.
Cons
It is not enamel-coted. There is a spot that the coating was “chipped” off.
The wire frame is much lighter than the picture leads you to believe. What manufacturer uses welds that dont stand up to grill heat when the device is meant to be placed over a flame? Too small for large baby back ribs.
Rack was broken right out of the box! It is back in its box and back to amazon for a refund. Eh, it’s ok.
