    It came bent box did not look to be damage but spice rack was bent and one side of the towel holder also was bent in

    For those of you who receive it with the washers where the towel holder inserts and 1 end of the bar only unscrews unscrew the one end place that end thru the hole of one washer and continue all the way thru the other washer then screw cap back on
