Very disappointed for receiving such a pos. Will be returning and seeking a new brand. Horrible quality control. Pretend one of them is missing, that's how it arrived.

The way this thing is designed to hang requires you to balance the weight all the way around it or it hangs crooked. Rack has very poor workmanship, the frame isn't even close to being straight or flat. Spend the money and get a sturdy properly built ... Read More

The provided ceiling anchors (expandable drywall anchors) are a product liability case waiting to happen. Included mounting hardware is undersized- included rack is not removable. Needs 4 anchoring eye screws.
