It does not hold up well to pets nails or having furniture or heavy things on it it damages somewhat easily

When we had odd spaces to fill the tiles were easily cut with a utility knife and where the uneven walls left gaps along the edge we puzzled together some leftover edge pieces and filled in the gaps perfectly

The interlocking parts do show somewhat so wont pass for real wood except at a glance

My only issue was that you really have to play with finding the pieces that go together properly because if they dont fit perfectly then it leaves a tiny sliver of a space between the pieces

There is no guarantee of getting a flush straight side with these based on how they are cut
