Recommend sizing up one or two sizes. They fit comfortably and the pad is top quality. Fit is perfect with large 32 waist.

These shorts are a dream! This is worth the money, longest ride done is 2 hrs 30 mins without any discomfort. Even after longer 2+ hour rides. They work under my eddie bauer athletic pants or by themselves.

The pattern on the padding irritates your skin. They squeeze around your thigh and compress it in deeply but only in a one inch band.

Their only saving grace is they're pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for. Returning items is a waste of my time and resources on both ends. If they work for you, they are $35 cheaper than other more well known cycling apparel manufacturers.
