Windproof and waterproof. Great for biking and hiking.
I am 5'7 and 145 pounds and they fit perfect at the waist, just bunched up a bit by the ankles. Xxl for 6'1, 205 lbs. Fit me perfectly too. Purchased 2 sizes larger to fit over cycling padded shorts.
Overall a good buy but it can be priced less. Good bang for the buck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the price.

Not breathable at all and sweat stays trapped on your legs. I hesitate to wear these with a base layer because it would be intolerably sweaty and hot.

I am very happy with this product.
These are well worth the money and twice the quality of brands double the price.
They are perfect in 7 c weather, but a bit too warm even with the vents in 12 c.
High quality outer material and fleece inside.

Overall for the price i highly recommend them!

Temperature 8°c 17°f with a wind chill of 15°c 5°f if it was much colder than that i would probably also want the long underwear

The most important factor was that they did not collect any moisture in that they are breathable
