They are a little smaller than the original foam earpads on the plantronics c320 headset even though they were listed as compatible

They were very difficult to install due to this fact but i did eventually get them to stretch enough to fit

They appear as too small once installed but work fine and are comfortable

I work in a noisy environment and used to have the pc volume all the way to 100 and still have trouble hearing when i switched to these i no longer needed to turn the volume more than 60

I actually got the foam pads not for plantronics but for another headphone

But that part is exactly what is ripped or comes undone after a few months so i have to wait and see how that works
