Easy to install, fits like a glove and looks like original. These work great with my sennheiser sc60 headset. It's worth the annoyance.

Haven’t used these great headphones for a while because the original pads were deteriorating

Then you need to borrow your wifes tiny scissors and carefully trip the excess material inside the ear pad right up to the newly installed plastic ring

If you dont do that they will never snap in place in the ear piece
