Pros
Soft plastic on top is hard to clean from the pores, but it's not such a big issue. Strong one-touch adhesion. Very nicely sticks to my wooden table.
Great for keeping my cables tidy and routed well on my desk. Tidied up the endless phone/laptop cables etc. Was getting annoyed with my wires dragging on the floor everyday.
Quality of this product is outstanding. Great, small and discreet. Handy little item.
The slots for cables are firm enough to allay any fears of wires dropping out. The design is well though out. Can be placed out of view, hold most sizes of wires in place the color blends in well.
Cons
Unfortunately, this product falls short of expectations, severely compromising the product's effectiveness. The adhesive layer actually ripped away in places from the pad itself. I do like it but the price is way too high in my opinion.

They don’t stick well to every surface textured surfaces they do pull off
