They do have a nice cooling effect that makes them less ear straining when using them for long periods of time.
But they work extremely well, and are very comfortable!

Not too expensive either… the replacements from the website are twice as much.

These are a little bit different than the ones that come on the bowers and wilkins headphones originally and that they are not a “curved” cushion
