Pros
They obviously change the sound so i'll cover comfort and heating first. I love the cooling effect of these ear pads and the softness is great. No signs of the leather peeling, nicely soft but dense foam.

Not bad flat, just not with the same punch as they normally get.
Packaging/appearance
They are easy to install and the packaging they come in makes it easy to store them.
I have tried different ear pads and found that the soulwit cooling-gel ear-pads are the best.
Maybe a little muddy in the lower mids too.
Competitiveness
Installation is super easy (that is due to sennheisers design anyway).
Will be investing in a similar set for my beyerdynamic dt770s.

They make the hd560s not as clampy feeling

This might be a good and bad thing depending on your view as they feel like the headphones sit a tiny bit lower making your ears closer to the drivers
