Replacing the ear cushions took about 1 minute with the supplied tool. Replacing it was bit tricky. Came with all tools and instructions needed for replacement. Only thing i see being an issue here is durability.

The replacement ear pads were easy to install, snap on perfectly and are as good as the originals.
Since these headphones are pressure sensitive and will pause music when removed from your head i was worried about replacing the earpads.
The cloth seperated between the portion which contacts you head and the inner portion.

I looked at all the reviews for all the other ear cushion replacements, from cheap to pricey.

Came with all tools and instructions needed for replacement.
Competitiveness
These are better than the oem cushions that come on the voyager 8200.
Pry tool includedquality felt better than stockgreat for those who have bigger ear lobes.
These ones are unique comparted to the others on amazon with the addition of soft mesh.
They do seem to have a cooling sensation compared to the other design.

The noise cancellation does not appear to improve it seems about the same as the stock pads

So let me start off by saying that plantronics did an incredible jobs of setting these headphones up to ensure the end user could replace easily and quickly

They just pull right off and push back on and in 2 minutes you are done
