I have anker soundcore q30 headphones, which unfortunately have a split in one of the earpads, after a little over 1 year.

Tip once you get your tool in between the two pieces dont attempt to remove the headphone pad by moving the tool up and down like you would a crowbar or hydraulic jack or water pump or whatever other analogy that has you using a fulcrum in an up or down fashion
