My husband basically has these surgically implanted on his head (almost a year now) and they’re still in great condition.
At first the new cushions were a little more firm but with about 2-3 hours of use they were comfy as the originals.
The cushions for my headphones were literally falling apart, foam was starting to pop out of one.
Wear and tear is usually due to overuse, not poor quality.

I delayed getting new cushions because i got them a long time ago for my old pair of bose headphones but those cushions weren’t as good quality as the originals

It fits ok looks like printing of l r is off and glue tubs on inside are off as well may be rejected product but preform well
