Pros
Noise cancelling isn't a problem. Headphone still last 10h easily. One minus is that they did not come with foam inserts.
Cons
I wear my wh1000xm3 quite extensively on the plane so this is a deal breaker for me. These earpads are lower quality, and i wouldn't recommend them if your original ear pads are still functional. Buy the original ones.

The material of the earcup feels like its good quality, foam is a very good density and comfortable to wear for long hours.
Super easy to install, the tool that comes with the ear cups works perfectly fine.
If the quality deteriorates, i will update this review in the future.
Sound isolation is a good or a little bit better than the original.
Packaging/appearance
Incidentally, i received two identical cushions, where i was expecting them to be mirror images of each other.
The package comes with a tool and a picture diagram of how to put them on, very helpful.

Nearly perfect compare to original cushions, buying second time.

I know some folks have said that these replacement cushions made their headphones sound different but given that your old ones are likely flat from use the sound profile was bound to change
