The soundstage seems tighter lows distort a bit and highs seem harsh compared to original equipment

Im assuming that its due to the fake leather lining inside and out compared to the oe velour pads not absorbing as much of that resonating inside instead

Ive got the beyerdynamic dt 900 pro x and these replacement pads from soulwit are about on par with the stock pads in terms of comfort despite not having the fluffy texture of the stock pads

They were easy enough to swap so ill likely go back and forth a bit to figure out which i like more but these at the very least are a decent option if you need a replacement
