Packaging/appearance
On very rare occasions, i have to turn on the soundbar with its own remote if for some reason the tv's earc/arc doesn't turn it on.
Competitiveness
The sound, bass and voice balance is good enough for my living room and adds a great value to my sony 75inch tv.
I wanted to try a soundbar that doesn't carry a bigbrand name for my secondary television and i must admit that i am very pleased.
This is a great soundbar, all-in-one piece that will boost your entertainment, without busting your budget.
Don't get me wrong, this doesn't replace a full blown surround sound system, but it does pack quite a punch for a soundbar.

You have to set audio format to be pcm and set volume to max to hear anything before you can use remote control
