Pros

The rechargeable battery makes it convenient for travel. Placing the device farther away solves the issue. Only downside is that it has no timer.

The sound generated is sharp and clear and i had no idea it can also be used as a bluetooth portable speaker with built in mic for hands free calls! And the sound for regular music is great too!

It is cute and small and stays put. I do wish it could be a tad louder but honestly, depending on the sounds you use, it actually has a pretty high volume. I always want everything to be louder.

The sounds are custom designed by mds who specialize in tinnitus. I keep it plugged in every night and unplug the machine during the day. The battery is rechargeable and seems to last a good time.

Cons

It's * difficult to navigate between the various sounds. The apps are not free, what is free is exactly what already comes on the speaker.

The irregularities in the sound loops. When you turn the power on or off, it emits a loud series of beeps. It automatically disconnects your bluetooth once you use the mode button.

The only issue i had is the rechargeable battery stopped holding a charge after a year of nightly use.

The one i purchased for my therapy office just up and stopped working today after less that 9 months.

Price

I purchased this pet therapy sound machine directly from the manufacturer (but amazon currently has the best price).

You should know this thing is $20 lessss on walmarts website.

If you get the companion app, don’t pay for it, not worth it
