Pros
Bluetooth to my phone is a snap and it detects and chimes directly after powering on. The app is great and adds plenty of customization including equalizer options. Not as many presets as my soundcore earbuds, but still fully customizable.
The battery lasts like advertised maybe a little short of 24 hours. It has really good battery life too! It stays charged for a really long time.
The bass is really good for a potable speaker, super crisp mids and highs! Voices are crystal clear and the bass is satisfying. Though more expensive, its bass is stronger and tighter.
Cons
The sound quality is atrocious, especially when compared to the soundcore 2. This device was supposed to be a replacement for the legendary s2. Bottom line, what i expected to be an improvement on the sc2 is a major downgrade.
This product is a major disappointment. If there is an operable temperature for the product, it isn't necessarily anker's responsibility to note this in the product description.
