Nice, tiny box. Battery life is outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Garbage connectivity issues. The sound wobbles and crackles, and doesn't stay consistent. Audio sounds different in each bud, and they don't sit well.

There is a slight lip on the top of the earbud. Plugs turn inside out every time you take them off.

My granddaughter really liked the ear pods and love the pink color and it came when said will order again.

Competitiveness

I have been using them for a while now after i purchased many different earbuds up to ~$100 to compare and found them to be my favorite.

They are also very comfortable, soft with smooth rounded edges whereas many similarly priced buds have rough edges inside of your ear.
