Pros

Noise canceling is great. App is easy to use with equalizer presets or customize the eq to your liking. The noise cancelling is really good.

I'm not an audiophile so for being an amateur these were perfect for me. Bought after reading all the great reviews and all the bells and whistles on these headphones. Overall excellent quality, excellent value.

The headphones seem well constructed, fit comfortably, and look nice and stylish. The ear muffs are also comfortable and soft.

Anker products are durable and reliable. Nc is nearly as good as the $350. Overall, can recommend, especially at this price point.

Cons

Some frequencies will sporadically start a loud ‘popping’. There is a cycling hiss when the headphones are not connected to a device, and the multi-point bluetooth connection is slow when switching between devices.

The q20+ noise cancelling feature seems higher pitched, more buzzy, and more annoying. Noise cancelling is essentially useless if you like decent sound quality.

These are probably the worst headset/mic headphones i've ever used. The sound when out in one ear on one pair. Bought these for zoom meetings at work and will now have to return them and find a better product.
