Even though i had a set of these headphones, after a year and 2 months they were working flawlessly, but they fell and broke.
I had the q30’s for 5+ years and they were great headphones, unfortunately i stepped on them and broke the band.

That setting is too easy to accidentally hit then i have to take them back off to reset it to complete noise cancelling
