Call quality is amazing mic wise & clarity wise like the older model.
They are not noise canceling and are not designed to do so.
I don’t enjoy wearing inner ear buds and the open ears that are out currently are also uncomfortable hanging on my ear.

They were delivered separately withing one day of each other and received within 3 to 4 days.

All in all for this type of earbud i highly recommend especially for the price compared to bose.
However, the battery life is a bit less, and the overall volume is not as loud as the c30i but not a dealbreaker.
