The sound quality is just fantastic and the battery life is great
Eq build in to the speaker actually works and can improve the quality and you can set it to your likening.
To start with, i was pretty disappointed with the motion+ speaker - it sounded very flat and thin.

Competitiveness
I keep mine under my tv as a soundbar also amazing!
A minirig probably sounds as good and is smaller but is also 50e more expensive.
You could get a minirig sub in the future and hook it up with this soundcore via a splitter.
Use it for music connected to phone and films when connected to firestick.

Great graphic equaliser allows you to adjust sound to exactly your needs but could of done with some professional presets emulating valve sound and spatial and church then would be 5 star
