Worst experience of soundcore. No customer servic provide by this company. This is kind of the same issue with many soundcore earphones.

I have been using the headphone for around 2 years and i dropped one of the earphone in water and it stopped working.
Anc is good, call quality is not that great, light weight, touch control is good.
Other features and sound is good and we can set the equilizer according to our requirement which is the best thing about it.
Price
It’s a great product at a great price.
