They dont have volume control but you can skip track with the call button if you configure your phone for that

Microphone quality is good for calls my nan can hear me clearly when im in street noise and housed in small metal housing with the 1 button acceptclose call and pauseskipdouble click music on my android phone

Maybe because of the lightness of the actual drivers and housing you get virtually no feedback from your jaw or walking despite being so sealed into your ear canals
