Unfortunately my first pair started to have some funny things happen to it and it wouldnt hold a charge after a while may have been overused so i emailed the support team to see if there was any sort of warranty i could take advantage of i had thrown away all of the packaging

Being the older model still that set still had a shorter bluetooth connectivity range so i asked them about upgrading and they provided me with a code to get the upgraded version for halfoff which was half of what i paid for the original set anyway

The head phones didnt work the first time but the manufacturer was quick to replace the device and repair my experience

One set of earhooks are a different design hookshaped instead of dshaped essentially the straight side of the d is missing and they are thicker

I listen to primarily podcasts so im not evaluating these with an ear toward music although i sometimes listen to music and they sound fine

I see lips move and no speech from someone immediately in front of me so if im likely to be interrupted i switch to mono and keep only one in turns out the side ive always used for phones etc has better hearing so i still dont hear background sound well
