Some folks like me are hesitant to remove all those protective films from products til knowing everything works as intended so in case theres a problem returning the product isnt a problem

Except in this particular product category wireless earbuds where that protective film is more than just an assurance that you have a brand new unused product

Here the film actually prevents the product from working because it is protectingpreventing contact with the wireless charging contacts
