Pros

The handles are very well proportioned, so that even when the mug is full they do a good job at distributing the weight evenly so they're easy to carry. The cups have a large handle making them easy to grasp when carrying them or sipping from them.

The handle is large enough to comfortably hold them when full. Being made of a thick ceramic they are heavy. They are om the heavy side, which i expected since they are ceramic. They hold the large progresso cans of soup.

The colors are fun. The red mugs feature a grey color on the inside, which is attractive. The soup cups look nice with the sea foam green and pink color combo. One is perfect and one has blue glaze spots inside.

Tops fit snuggly for ease of storing left overs. Lids fit snug and securely. Lid has a peep spout.

The cups are microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and oven safe. The tops are great for microwaving! They reheat in the microwave without boiling over!

Cons

Elderly recipients incapable of expediting a return. Every time the soup heats up with the cover on and the vent open, the cover pops off.

It's not cheap compare with other soup bowl, and that one i am very satisfied.

The lid fits well, they are well made, and the price is right!

Price is a bit high but i do recommend these mugs.

Large sturdy cup, for soup and coffee, also fast shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Insulated packaging was too secure for the chip to happen during shipping.

That chip had to be there before packaging.
