Pros
Free weights and/or walking/jogging provide the extra bit needed for body maintenace. A good product for benefiting from dhea without the hormone production. This boosts all other hormone production, and keeps you young.
Cons
Still kept gaining weight no matter what. They say that's not supposed to happen with this product because your body can't convert the metabolites into androgen.

Very good price for such a good product.
I also work out with the free weights and cardio on a regular basis to maintain my energy levels.
I need this to deal with food allergies,it helps,replaced a much pricier product.

More of a review of the packaging; i was reminded of the late andy rooney; a segment with various medication packaging and bottling.
