It's crazy affordable and you will be hard pressed to find all the things in this complex in any other product, multivitamin or otherwise!
Am very disappointed i haven't been able to reorder them.

I took the full recommendation 2 am and 2 pm for a week and then cut down to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening
